About The Role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Strategy, this position is responsible for driving and overseeing organisational change initiatives and communications, aligning closely with Fleetwood's strategic objectives. The role requires the development and execution of robust change management frameworks and strategies to ensure effective implementation and sustainable adoption across the business.

Working collaboratively with the Executive Team, this role will champion change at the highest level, while partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to embed transformation initiatives, accelerate adoption, and minimise resistance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement, ensuring change is effectively communicated, well-managed, and successfully delivered.

The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Are To

  • Lead the design and execution of change management strategies that align with Fleetwood's strategic direction.
  • Assess organisational readiness for change through impact analysis and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establish open lines of communication between business units and functional teams to ensure clarity and cohesion.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to seamlessly embed change management into project planning and delivery.
  • Engage and align stakeholders at all levels to foster support and shared ownership of change initiatives.
  • Create and deliver engaging training and capability-building programs to support successful adoption.
  • Track progress, measure success, and adjust strategies to ensure momentum is maintained.
  • Anticipate and address resistance, using a thoughtful, empathetic approach to guide teams through transition.
  • Coach leaders and mentor teams, equipping them with the tools and mindset to lead change confidently.
  • Promote a culture of resilience, identifying opportunities for growth and building internal capacity to thrive amid change.

We're seeking an experienced change management leader with over 10 years' success delivering strategic transformation across complex, multi-site environments. You bring expertise in designing and implementing change frameworks, with a strong ability to influence, coach, and drive sustainable outcomes. A natural communicator and collaborator, you thrive in cross-functional settings and engage confidently at all levels. You're solutions-focused, resilient, and thrive on building capability and fostering adaptability in others. To Be Successful In This Role You Will Demonstrate
  • Over 10 years of demonstrated success in leading change management within complex, multi-site national organisations, driving strategic transformation and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in a broad range of change methodologies, bringing both strategic insight and practical execution to transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, able to connect with stakeholders at all levels and foster strong, collaborative working environments.
  • A proactive problem-solver, skilled at identifying issues early and navigating challenges with clarity and composure.
  • Demonstrated success leading change within project teams, seamlessly integrating change strategies into program delivery.
  • Adaptable and team-oriented, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams to drive lasting, positive change.
