About the Opportunity
Are you ready to lead change at Metcash? We are searching for an enthusiastic, strategic thinker to join us as an IT Change & Communication Manager, championing our enterprise IDAM implementation. If you thrive on collaborating with diverse stakeholders and are passionate about delivering change management, communication, training and engagement strategies, this role is designed for you.

In this Role
- Create and execute change management plans to reduce resistance and boost engagement.
- Develop change collateral aligned with Metcash Delivery Success Method, including strategy, impact assessment, and sponsor engagement.
- Develop and deliver communications, training, and engagement plans for stakeholders.
- Assess business readiness and implement action plans.
- Work with the program team to provide targeted change activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and report on change effectiveness and readiness.
- Create adoption and sustainability plans, including BAU handover.
You're Likely a Match If
- At least 5 years' experience in IT change management, communication, or a related field.
- Background in managing change for large-scale IT transformations or system implementations.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of change management principles, processes, and methodologies.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Relevant change management certifications or accreditations.
- Experience in stakeholder management and working across various organisational levels.
- Familiarity with managing multiple communication platforms and choosing appropriate formats.
- Ability to develop and deliver training.
- Experience with IDAM and PAM programs is considered advantageous.
