Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to spearhead our online presence across multiple social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a tailored content strategy for each profile, creating engaging content and managing day-to-day posting, engagement, and community growth.

Key responsibilities include tracking analytics, reporting on growth and lead generation, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends in finance and property.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for each platform (brokers, mortgage company, asset finance company)
  • Create and schedule high-quality content (short-form video, reels, posts, stories)
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and community growth
  • Track analytics and report on growth, engagement, and lead generation
  • Stay current with social media trends, particularly in finance and property
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of growing and maintaining Instagram and TikTok profiles
  • Experience managing business social media accounts, ideally in finance, property, or professional services
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (especially short-form video)
  • Knowledge of paid social strategies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
