We're Civeo, one of the fastest-growing hospitality employers in Australia. We run large-scale accommodation villages that support the mining industry across regional Queensland. Right now, we're looking for experienced Line Chefs with a formal qualification, based in New Zealand to join us on a 14:7 fly-in-fly-out roster. At the moment, we're only able to accept applications from New Zealand citizens.

What's the gig?
You'll Work For Two Weeks On-site, Then Head Home To NZ With a Week To Yourself. While You're On Site, Here's What You Can Expect
- Preparing and cooking large-volume, high-quality meals (sometimes for 3,000+ people daily)
- Following set menus and food safety procedures (HACCP knowledge essential)
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver consistently high standards
- Day and/or night shifts required, either 10.5 or 12 hr working days
- Contributing to a positive, respectful kitchen culture
- Earn AUD$93K+ (plus 12% super), with all your living expenses covered while you're on site
- Free flights from Auckland or Christchurch to site and back
- Private accommodation: aircon, ensuite, fridge, linen & TV
- All meals provided, with options for all diets
- Facilities can include gyms, pools, tennis courts and more– they'll depend on which village you go to

- A New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4 (as a minimum)
