Porter House Hospitality Group is a company run by a young and vibrant team of culinary professionals working with different clubs across NSW. We mainly aim to offer modern Australian dining experience however we are continuously evolving and strive to extend our offerings. We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our team.
Duties Responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated section
Demonstrating expertise in adhering to NSW regulations related to health, safety, and compliance, including a strong understanding of HACCP management.
Assisting in the supervision of food hygiene practices
Managing stock control, including ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste.
Reporting any kitchen and relates issues to the Head Chef or Sous Chef within our team member
Offering guidance and support to Demi Chefs, Trainee Chefs, and Cooks within our team member
Vigilantly monitoring portion control and waste reduction
Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, overseeing their upkeep
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management or
Diploma Level
Minimum 1 Year Relevant Work Experience
Proven experience in a similar role (club, bistro, or restaurant setting preferred).
Sound understanding of food handling and kitchen safety regulations.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
Availability to work across varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary Offered : $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
