Salary: From AUD 150K per annum (base salary, excluding statutory superannuation)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the finance, budget, tax, and compliance functions of our Australian subsidiary. This is a senior leadership role offering exposure to large-scale real estate projects and cross-border operations. The position also includes oversight of HR management for the Australian office.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, tax, and compliance for the Australian business.
  2. Liaise with head office in China, ensuring timely submission of reports and financial statements.
  3. Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  4. Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and risk management.
Requirements
  • Australian CPA qualification
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
  • Proven experience in Chinese state-owned enterprises preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in both Mandarin and English
