About You
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Extensive HR generalist experience in medium to large organisations.
  • Strong background in coaching and advising leaders across a range of HR matters
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving complex HR risks and issues.
  • Experienced in interpreting industrial instruments, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to implement HR improvements aligned with business strategy.
  • Willingness to travel within the state as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Job Role
  • Provide coaching and advice to leaders on performance management, misconduct, grievances, fitness for work, and team culture.
  • Conduct workplace investigations of varying complexity.
  • Interpret enterprise agreements, employment contracts, and relevant policies.
  • Support continuous improvement of ER processes, policies, and procedures.
  • May participate in external claims and disputes before relevant commissions.
  • Advise on workplace behaviour and misconduct issues.
  • Support fitness for work assessments and adjustments.
  • Analyse case data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare submissions for external claims and represent the organization in hearings as required
