About the role

Based at our Wagga Wagga site and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, we are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join the team. The Maintenance Assistant provides wide-ranging support to the Maintenance team, including:

  • Entering work orders into SAP and regular reporting on work order tracking and backlogs
  • Document management for preventative maintenance paperwork
  • Conducting weekly 5S workshop audits
  • Collating and distributing minutes from weekly VIC country planning meetings
  • Providing other ad-hoc and general support to maintenance teams

About your experience

Our ideal candidate has a broad skill set in administrative support, preferably in a commercial/industrial trades and services environment.

  • Working knowledge/experience in SAP maintenance and related modules (preferable)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and systems
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
