**About the role**
Based from our Wagga Wagga site and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor we are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join the team. The Maintenance Assistant provides wide ranging support to the Maintenance team, and this includes:

- Invoice processing, supplier liaison, purchase order management, preparing MTD financial spend updates
- Entering work orders into SAP and regular reporting on workorder tracking and backlogs
- Document management activities for preventative maintenance paperwork
- Conducting weekly 5S workshop audits
- Collating and distributing minutes from weekly VIC country planning meetings
- The role provides other ad-hoc and general support to maintenance teams

**About your experience**

You'll also have:

- Working knowledge / experience in SAP maintenance and related modules preferable
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to learn new tasks and systems
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
