**Job Role: Maintenance Support Assistant**

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Support Assistant to join our team in Wagga Wagga. Based at our site, this role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the maintenance team, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities including:

- Invoice processing, supplier liaison, purchase order management, and preparing financial spend updates.
- Entering work orders into SAP and regular reporting on work order tracking and backlogs.
- Document management for preventative maintenance paperwork.
- Conducting weekly 5S workshop audits.
- Collating and distributing minutes from weekly VIC country planning meetings.
- Providing general support to maintenance teams as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

- A working knowledge or experience with SAP maintenance and related modules (desired but not essential).
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and systems.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
