About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Quality Coordinator to join the team at our Wetherill Park mixing site. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the Quality Department at Wetherill Park, ensuring consistent quality products are being manufactured and delivered to our customers. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, maintaining, and improving the site's existing quality and food safety systems.
  • Supporting compliance with BRCGS, RSPO, Halal, Kosher and Customer Standards.
  • Managing internal audits, allergen and pest control programs, and document control.
  • Leading investigations into customer complaints and non-conforming products.
  • Supporting the operations team to drive a strong quality culture.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology, Microbiology, Science, or a related science discipline.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, GFSI (BRCGS, SQF), and food safety systems.
  • Experience managing allergens, internal audits, and certification processes.
