About the Opportunity :
The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to treat the department as if it were their own business. They will be given the flexibility to tailor the stores service and products offering to meet the specific needs of the customers within our Drakes Newton store.

Expertise in supervising staff

Skills and experience required for the role :
Grocery retail knowledge more specifically, dairy / freezer knowledge is ideal but not essential
Experience in supervising teams or excellent leadership skills
An understanding of ordering and cost control will be an advantage
Accurate team rostering will be an advantage
