Sales Project Engineer

Are you ready to combine your engineering expertise with a passion for building client relationships? We're seeking a driven Sales Project Engineer to join our team and help deliver world-class engineering solutions across diverse industries.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Project Engineer, you'll be the link between our technical capabilities and our clients' needs. Your role will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifying opportunities, responding to enquiries, and offering tailored solutions using products and services.
- Preparing and reviewing tender submissions from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Attending pre-bid meetings and presenting our capabilities.
- Conducting site visits to gather project data, assess requirements, and ensure successful delivery.
- Representing the company at industry events and customer presentations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or project management within the engineering or mining sectors.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering (trade, diploma, or degree) preferred, but not essential.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Experience in the sugar industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand technical requirements.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
