As a vital member of our team, you'll lead the charge in the design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Bibra Lake where your imagination and engineering skills will truly shine.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Shaping concepts from scratch through to delivery
  • Designing systems, components, tools, and accessories for ROVs and related technologies
  • Creating key documentation including basis of design and design reports
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to bring visions to life
  • Tracking progress and project costs to ensure outcomes hit the mark
What You'll Bring:
  • A degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (BEng, BSc, or MSc)
  • 3+ years' design experience
  • Strong grasp of mechanical engineering principles and design processes
  • Skills in structural analysis and FEA
  • Proficiency in tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software
Even Better If You Have:
  • Industry experience in marine and offshore environments
  • Knowledge of electro-hydraulic systems
  • Some exposure to project management
