This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Mission Beach Resort

What You'll Do
  • Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
  • Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
  • Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
  • Setup and cleaning of kitchen

What do we need from you

What You'll Need
  • Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
  • Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
  • An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Trade cooking qualifications are essential
  • Flexible availability
