We're looking for a Head of IT to take full ownership of technology across a fast-paced, growing SME.

This is a hands-on role (around 80% development / 20% operational support) where you'll rebuild and migrate their core website, deliver small enhancements and reporting for the operations team, and oversee outsourced IT support while driving future tech decisions.

You'll be working with a stack that includes Progress 4GL/WebSpeed, HTML, JavaScript, Tcl scripting, Linux webserver and Apache, so experience with database-driven web development, system integration, and reporting will be key.

You'll work closely with the CEO, have autonomy from day one, and shape how technology supports the business as it scales.
