About the role
Join MSI Taylor Pty Ltd as a full-time Business Services Manager in our Toowong, Queensland office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality and commercially-focused business advisory services to our diverse portfolio of clients. As a key member of our Accounting and Business Services team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our clients' enterprises.
What you'll be doing
Delivering a full range of accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to clients across various industries
Providing expert guidance on financial management, strategic planning, and operational improvements to help clients achieve their business objectives
Conducting financial analysis, preparing budgets, and monitoring key performance indicators to support informed decision-making
Liaising with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges
Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service
Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to provide clients with reliable and timely advice
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in a business services or advisory role, preferably within a professional services environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting, taxation, and business advisory practices
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
Proven track record of providing high-quality and commercially-focused advisory services
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and develop junior team members
