What's involved: Based in our Richmond office, this role is responsible for supporting our State Sales Managers, National Sales Leadership team and a select group of field sales teams through managing and coordinating administrative duties as required. You will also be responsible for office duties as required. Given the nature of this role, we require a minimum of 4 days in the office, with 5 days required at certain times.

Every day will be different, and you'll be helping us with:

• Support the State Sales Managers and National Sales Leadership Team through managing and coordinating administrative duties as required.
• Provide administration support as required by the Sales team.
• Participate proactively and professionally as a member of the State Sales Management team.
• Management of the day-to-day operation of the Richmond office.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Sound level of communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Team oriented but also able to work independently.
• Must possess excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation.
• Developed analytical and problems solving skills.

• Bi-monthly state sales meetings, wine tastings and dinners.
• Coordinating events and tastings for events and assisting with set up and serving on the day.
• Knowing the support you provide for the sales team helps them achieving their budgets/KPIs.
• Ongoing maintenance and championing continuous improvement within our systems and processes including our CRM.
