Head of Sales and Operations

This role is a critical hire in our small, agile team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring seamless operations, overseeing contracting, account management, and supply chain logistics.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in commercial or operations roles. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, collaborating across multiple business units, and developing strategic networks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine 3PL strategies to optimize global distribution networks.
  • Manage inventory levels and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and supply reliability.
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to streamline sales processes and enhance team performance.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with IVF clinics globally, pursuing new contracts and expanding market presence.
  • Administer the HubSpot system to maintain organizational efficiency and internal coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial or operations roles.
  • Strong financial analysis and model-building capabilities.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Solution-oriented with a whatever it takes approach.
