Overview

Conquest is a private equity real estate firm with holdings in both Sydney, Australia and London, UK.

With 21 years of experience delivering institutional real estate across three core sectors—Residential, Retail and Hotels—the firm is strategically positioned to capitalise on opportunities in both markets.

Due to the exponential growth and diversification of our business, we are seeking a driven, autonomous and capable Assistant Property Engagement Specialist to join our Acquisitions team

Expectations of the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with homeowners in targeted areas via door-to-door outreach
  • Clearly and professionally communicate Conquest's background and interest in potential property acquisitions
  • Maintain detailed notes and records of each interaction using internal systems
  • Build rapport and represent the brand in a respectful and trustworthy manner
  • Identify qualified opportunities and escalate leads to the acquisitions team
  • Work closely with the acquisitions and development teams to align outreach with strategic goals
  • Assist with local property and market research as required
About You
  • You are confident, personable, and articulate, with a natural ability to start conversations
  • Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and canvassing in targeted neighbourhoods
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or community outreach is highly regarded
  • Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (or willingness to travel locally)
