What You'll Be Doing
  • Customer Experience & Studio Coordination: Greet and guide clients through their Edge Studio preview experience
  • Provide design advice and product knowledge to help clients feel confident and inspired
  • Manage appointment bookings and studio workflow to ensure a seamless experience
  • Support designers and internal teams with day-to-day studio operations, including covering selection appointments where needed to cover team member leave
    • Design & Communication: Educate clients on the selection process and product options
    • Liaise with internal departments to improve awareness of the Edge Studio journey
      • Teamwork & Development: Attend training and stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge
      • Contribute ideas to improve studio processes and customer experience
      What You'll Bring
