YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Over 10 days, you will help define the Forever New brand voice as our Freelance Copywriter, bringing fresh creativity to our E-Commerce platforms.

Get excited to:

  • Bring the Forever New brand to life with compelling copy that reflects our identity, values, and target audience.
  • Maintain a consistent and authentic tone across all customer touchpoints.
  • Create engaging content for social media, eDMs, paid ads, campaigns, web pages, product packaging, and in-store signage.
  • Collaborate on copy from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the team to craft inspiring, on-brand, and engaging customer copy.
  • Develop and update SEO content across our websites.
  • Coordinate with translation partners or use internal tools for accurate translations.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

  • Tertiary qualification in Writing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong copywriting, verbal communication, and impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Knowledge of fabrics and silhouettes to communicate fit, feel, and use to customers.
  • Creative and lateral thinking with problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to develop skills and knowledge continually.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, effective both independently and in teams.
  • Experience in fashion, branding, or product roles.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, high accuracy, and creative flair.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and silhouettes is preferable.
  • Comfortable working to strict deadlines in an agile setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Figma at a standard level.
  • Experience with AI tools to optimize copywriting.
  • Understanding of customer language to enhance online sales.
  • Confidence working with digital marketing, buying, and other departments.
