YOUR ROLE
Over 10 days, you'll help define the Forever New brand voice as our Freelance Copywriter for our E-Commerce platforms, bringing fresh creativity to our content.
Create compelling copy that reflects our brand identity and values
Maintain consistent tone across all customer touchpoints
Write engaging content for social media, eDMs, ads, campaigns, web pages, product packaging, and signage
Collaborate from concept to delivery, ensuring brand alignment
Work with the team to craft inspiring, on-brand copy
Develop SEO content for our websites
Coordinate translations for high-quality localization
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Tertiary qualification in Writing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience
Strong copywriting and communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar
Knowledge of fabrics and silhouettes to communicate product features
Creative problem-solving skills
Desire to develop skills and knowledge
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Experience in fashion, branding, or product roles
Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media)
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Attention to detail and creative flair
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of fashion trends and fabrics (preferable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Figma, and AI tools
Customer-focused language skills to enhance online sales
Collaborative work with digital, marketing, and buying teams
