Operations Support Administrator - Central Reservations

Position overview – We are currently seeking a detail-orientated and customer-focused Central Reservations Administrator to join our dynamic team. In your role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating reservations, liaising with travel companies, and working with Civeo Village teams. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless travel booking process, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online booking systems
  • Accurately enter and update reservation requests in the system
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly client reports
  • Assist in developing and implementing processes to meet clients' needs
  • Maintain UpToDate knowledge of our villages and services
  • 5:2 Monday to Friday with 2 days WFH
Qualifications / Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a high-volume reservations or customer service role is preferred
  • Preferably commercial / hotel accommodation, hospitality sector industry experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with JDE & RMS9 is highly advantageous
  • A sound understanding of data processing, raising purchase orders, and reconciling invoices and time sheets
