A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Training Co-ordinator to join a highly regarded government training centre located in the Ipswich region. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role requiring attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to assist in the delivery of high-quality learning and development outcomes.

Ideally, you will have a background working with a Registered Training Organisation (or internal Learning and Development team) to undertake a range of administrative, functions associated with training delivery, including :

  • Maintain the competency framework and LMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of training and competency assessments.
  • Provide administrative support for training standards and LMS processes.
  • Manage and verify training records and generate reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
  • Prioritise tasks and monitor workflows to meet service standards.
  • Assist with project work, research, and process improvements.
  • Prepare cost estimates, resource plans, and training schedules.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and process related claims.
  • Support procurement of training materials and contract admin.
  • Contribute to quality, safety, and compliance systems.
  • Provide general support across the training and admin team as required.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate :

Experience in an administrative or coordination role within a training or RTO environment.High level of communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to support effective and positive working relationships.Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage your workload effectively whilst working with competing priorities.Competence and confidence learning and using a range of technical systems (including intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook).Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable
