Part time fixed term (19hrs/week)Flexibility on days and hours Access to a variety of Health and Wellness initiatives - including the EAP, Ventia's Healthy Minds program and Healthy Bodies program Employee benefits such as corporate travel discounts, Novated leases, private health discounts, credit discounts with retailers Australia wide including Woolworths, Coles, Booking.com and Expedia About the Roles As our Learning & Engagement Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery and evaluation of learning programs that enhance employee and organisational effectiveness.
You will ensure robust systems and procedures are in place to meet strategic objectives and compliance standards across Ventia Training.
Role 1 – Supports the quality assurance activities4.8.25 - 18.12.26 (17 months) Brisbane based and must have Registered Training Organisation experience.
Contribute to the development and coordination of quality program data and feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the content is analysed, reviewed and updated regularly Monitoring, reporting and continual improvement of Learning and Engagement programs, activities, costs, performance, etc, via feedback , surveys, participant interviews Accurate maintenance of information on the Learning and Engagement Invent site Design and develop marketing and promotion material for newsletters, slide decks, information sessions Co-ordinate and accurately process training related invoices Ensure awareness and compliance with ASQA, NZQA and Ventia training policies and procedures Role 2 – Supports the learning program activities4.8.25 – 27.3.26 (8 months) Location negotiable Contribute to the development of an annual training schedule that meets identified staff training needs and longer-term strategic learning and engagement plans Co-ordinate the successful planning and execution of learning and development programs and initiatives Liaise with Ventia Academy and Safety, People and Culture personnel to address specific learning & engagement needs/issues arising from the execution of the annual training schedule Support the various VT internal stakeholders by providing proactive, strategic input in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures Ensure awareness and compliance with ASQA, NZQA and Ventia training policies and procedure Required Skills and Experience To be successful in these roles you should have an entry level qualification in business administration, training or equivalent experience and have practical knowledge of contemporary Learning & Organisational Development practices.
You will be an excellent communicator who is customer centric with the ability to think on your feet and inspire others.
Experience with accredited (RTO) and non-accredited training systems Strong understanding of quality processes and compliance standards Proven ability to support and guide team members Skills in marketing and promoting training programs Proficiency in SMS and LMS platforms Strong Microsoft suite experience (Power Bi / similar data system highly regarded)About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
