We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Software Product Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of Workforce One. Role Overview:

Our product – Workforce One is designed to be a niche market solution for Group Training and Labour Hire companies. We have been expanding the solution from primarily a Payroll and Invoicing product to an all-encompassing solution for this niche market.

As the solution expands and new features are added, we would like to add a new team member to help drive development. As a team member in this role, you will be at the heart of driving product development from concept to launch. You will work closely with our development team and customer-facing teams to create exceptional software that meets user needs and aligns with business goals. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring our products deliver maximum value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy: Define, communicate, and execute the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances innovation with execution. Prioritise features and ensure timely delivery.

User-Centric Design: Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to create user-focused features and improvements.

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous iteration and optimisation.

Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on product goals, progress, and timelines.

Qualifications:

Experience: the ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of the inner workings of a Labour Hire and/or Group Training company. Any background in software design and/or implementation would be advantageous.

Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
