The role: We're seeking an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to strengthen and grow relationships with boutique agencies and direct clients. In this role, you'll build a diverse portfolio that drives measurable commercial impact. It's a dynamic opportunity where you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, with plenty of variety and no two days ever the same. Your day-to-day will include:
  1. Prospecting, maintaining and growing revenue-generating client relationships
  2. Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue with smart, tailored solutions
  3. Responding to briefs with compelling, innovative proposals
  4. Negotiating and closing deals in line with business strategy
  5. Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  6. Delivering accurate weekly WIP, forecasting and sales reporting
About you: You're a confident media professional with a proven track record of growing client relationships and hitting sales targets. Resilient, driven and collaborative, you know how to balance business growth with client success. This role suits an experienced Account Manager looking for the next step or a hungry Senior Exec ready to step up. We'd love to see:
  • Media sales experience with agency and/or direct clients (preferred)
  • Strong existing agency/client relationships (bonus points)
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Experience developing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with innovative thinking to unlock new business
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Confidence in picking up the phone and making things happen
