Are you ready for a truly unique leadership opportunity? As a Supported Hosted Team Leader with Endeavour Foundation, you will work permanently part-time at a specialist site in Eight Mile Plains, supporting people with disability to develop workplace skills and achieve their NDIS goals—all within a high-quality medical packaging environment.

This is not your standard support role. You'll be based at a Supported Hosted Site with no on-site physical management beyond the induction phase. You will need to work independently, guiding your team through daily tasks and adapting on the go.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and support people with disability to meet packaging and quality standards while achieving their individual NDIS goals
  • Perform and teach clean room protocols, ensuring all safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements are met in line with training standards
  • Lead by example in hands-on activities: counting, weighing, gathering, assembling, and quality checking small medical components
  • Work collaboratively with another Team Leader and the host site to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Be a proactive problem solver, capable of leading without constant supervision
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards
  • Foster a workplace culture that is inclusive, respectful, and focused on ability and achievement
What You'll Bring
  • Experience supporting people with disability in a workplace, training, or open employment setting
  • Previous experience with clean room environments (medical, food, pharmaceutical, etc.) is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of medical packaging practices or sterile processing is an advantage
  • Confidence in working independently, showing initiative and leadership
  • Understanding of the NDIS, especially around employment goals and person-centred support
  • Good fine motor skills and ability to support others working with their hands
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
