Your Impact

As a Senior Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers to observe, inform, and improve our educational programs for children. You will prioritize safety and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children.

You'll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Senior Educator)
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children and families
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Seek and share best practices to enhance the education program
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
