Job Title: Senior Educator Lead

Job Summary:

This role is a leadership position within our team, responsible for managing and mentoring a group of dedicated educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate and inspire their team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Centre Leadership and Educational Leaders to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the diverse needs of all children.
  • Evaluate and improve teaching practices to ensure they are effective and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check/ Blue Card
