We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR administrator to deliver high-quality employee services.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing operational HR transactions accurately, managing end-to-end administration processes, and achieving performance goals for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistently high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries from internal customers and external vendors.
- Process a range of operational HR transactions across the business accurately and efficiently.
- Manage end-to-end administration process of onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle changes.
- Achieve employee services performance goals for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer service, organisational skills, and high attention to detail.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting human resources activities, SuccessFactors, Service Now.
