The Role

The purpose of the Mix Room role is to perform duties under the supervision of the Production Manager, including preparation, manual assembly, and packaging of products in a chilled environment, along with other production duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble goods according to specifications
  • Follow directions from Team Leader or Production Manager
  • Report issues to supervisors
  • Work as part of a team to ensure quality
  • Adhere to HACCP guidelines
  • Prepare ingredients for production
Key Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Reliability, punctuality, strong work ethic
  • Experience in fast-paced food processing
  • Comfort working in a cold environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements
  • Knowledge of safe work practices
  • Attention to detail
  • Own reliable transport
