Are you a results-driven B2B marketer with a passion for strategy, campaign execution, and market growth? We're on the lookout for a dynamic B2B Marketing Specialist to join our Sydney-based team and take the lead on shaping and executing marketing initiatives across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nuances of the ANZ B2B landscape, and is ready to drive meaningful impact through data-driven marketing.
What You'll be Doing
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute both long-term and tactical marketing strategies tailored to the ANZ market.
- Lead B2B customer acquisition, nurturing, and conversion campaigns with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Build and optimize lead generation initiatives to consistently deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
- Analyze KPIs, campaign performance, and market data to continuously improve strategies and ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer segments and unique value propositions.
2.Project Management & Client Engagement
- Own end-to-end marketing projects for the ANZ region, delivering exceptional outcomes aligned with client goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, offering insights and marketing recommendations.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Contribute to proposal development, pitch presentations, and marketing plan delivery.
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, sales, and content to amplify marketing efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices to uplift team performance and knowledge.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to evolving our marketing services for the ANZ region.
- Take ownership of improving product messaging and adapting marketing approaches to local business needs.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years' experience in B2B marketing, particularly in tech, SaaS, or digital services.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing lead generation, demand generation, and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the ANZ business environment and B2B buying behavior.
- Hands-on experience across digital channels including email marketing, content strategy, social media, and paid media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating across functions in a regional or matrixed organization is a plus.
