Join Our Team as a Clinical Receptionist

Are you the kind of person who can brighten someone's day with a warm smile and keep a busy clinic running smoothly behind the scenes?

We're looking for a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic Receptionist / Administrator to join our growing podiatry practice.

This is a part-time role across two clinics (18 hours per week)- see hours below.

Location : Keilor East & Pascoe Vale South VIC

Responsibilities :

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Your primary responsibilities include :

Welcoming Patients :

Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued.

Appointment Scheduling :

Efficiently manage appointment schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

Handling payments :

being able to manage HICAPS, EFTPOS, cash and third party payments accurately.

Phone Etiquette :

Answer and assist incoming calls professionally. Making outgoing calls for appointment reminders etc.

Patient Registration :

Collect and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy in our electronic records system.

Administrative Support :

Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, filing and maintaining a tidy reception area.

Sterilisation :

Sterilising and maintaining Podiatrists tools required for their work.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role is a plus (but not essential)

Strong computer skills and confident using booking software and proficient in common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Email, Scheduling Tools)

Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills

A friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude

Ability to work across both clinic locations- East Keilor and Pascoe Vale South

Someone who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a team

Required Rostered Hours are Monday to Thursday : 3 : 00pm - 7 : 30pm
