Receptionist/Assistant Stock Controller

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist/Assistant Stock Controller to be the welcoming face of our dealership. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have great people skills, and a knack for organisation, we'd love to hear from you This role offers reception duties and support for the Sales Manager with various stock control tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive – first impressions count
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Supporting the team with deal costing and accurate data entry
  • Performing a range of administrative duties including filing, document preparation and general office support

What we're looking for:

  • A customer-focused attitude and a warm, professional manner
  • Basic stock controller knowledge
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills or keen interest in learning in this field
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Previous experience in reception or admin (automotive industry experience a bonus)
