We're looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager - Transformation to join our newly created Transformation Office and lead the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives that will shape our organisation for years to come.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you'll be at the forefront of driving organisational change that:

Who Are We?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund dedicated to the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members, covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff, and their families.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs across the enterprise
- Implement and maintain fit-for-purpose governance and project management frameworks
- Align initiatives with strategic priorities and resource capacity
- Manage program risks, interdependencies, and vendor relationships
- Track and report progress using KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability
- Champion a transformation culture through strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal risk frameworks
- 8+ years' program management experience delivering large-scale or complex strategic programs in regulated industries (e.g. Health, Finance, Insurance, Telco)
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, business, or a related discipline
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, change management, and continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
- Experience in APRA-regulated environments or health insurance (desirable)
- Ability to lead with initiative, drive results, and inspire cross-functional collaboration
- A commitment to innovation, strategic thinking, and member-first outcomes
