About the role:

We're looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager - Transformation to join our newly created Transformation Office and lead the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives that will shape our organisation for years to come.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you'll be at the forefront of driving organisational change that:

You'll collaborate with senior leaders across the business and key external partners to embed new ways of working and foster a strong transformation culture. This is your opportunity to lead high-impact programs that deliver measurable outcomes and lasting value.

Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund dedicated to the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members, covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff, and their families.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs across the enterprise
  • Implement and maintain fit-for-purpose governance and project management frameworks
  • Align initiatives with strategic priorities and resource capacity
  • Manage program risks, interdependencies, and vendor relationships
  • Track and report progress using KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Champion a transformation culture through strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal risk frameworks

What You'll Bring:
  • 8+ years' program management experience delivering large-scale or complex strategic programs in regulated industries (e.g. Health, Finance, Insurance, Telco)
  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, business, or a related discipline
  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
  • Experience in APRA-regulated environments or health insurance (desirable)
  • Ability to lead with initiative, drive results, and inspire cross-functional collaboration
  • A commitment to innovation, strategic thinking, and member-first outcomes
