Are you an experienced and caring Centre Director passionate about leading a high-achieving team, fostering learning, and partnering with families and the local community? As our Centre Director, you will be supported from Day 1, with opportunities to collaborate across our Melbourne centres, participate in leadership conferences, and learn from peers and mentors, including our Education & Practice Adviser, HR, and Operations teams.

What You Bring
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Diploma of Leadership and Management (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and relevant regulations
  • Experience managing a centre with effective business skills
  • Leadership ability to inspire and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
