You have some experience as an accounting professional, ideally in public practice, and you're ready to take the next step in your career. You'll bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
  
• A strong learning mindset and active progress toward CA or CPA qualifications
  
• Solid understanding of accounting practices, strategies, and software
  
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to grow professionally
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
