Job Overview
The 1099 Window & Door Installer is responsible for expert level and top-quality installation of window & door projects.

Highlights of your role
  • Execute window and door installations sold by the Infinity from Marvin sales team utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.
  • Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
  • Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Infinity from Marvin team and customer.
  • Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.
  • Up to 3-4 jobs per week with flexible scheduling.
  • Choose from all available install jobs and schedule your crew for as much or as little work as you need.
  • A detailed install packet for each job.

You're a good fit if you have

  • History and passion for high quality workmanship.
  • Provide references for previously completed work.
  • Ability to hire sufficient help to execute the installation of windows and doors on a job site.
  • Strong preference for an individual with, or willing to obtain, installation masters certification.

Also want to make sure you have

  • 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
  • Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites and ownership of own tools preferred.
  • Excellent and detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking).
  • Provide Certificate insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer's Liability, Automobile Liability, and Statutory Required Worker's Compensation.
