Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor. The role is accountable for coordinating the department's daily activities by leading and inspiring the F&B team. The F&B Supervisor will have a hands-on approach and use organisational skills and knowledge to assist the F&B Manager in the smooth running of our F&B outlets including banquets, breakfast, restaurant and room service.

This opportunity is for a fun, motivated, energetic, driven and reliable individual who has proven leadership qualities. Ongoing training and development will be provided to support your hotel management career progression.

About you

You need to be energetic, proactive, motivated and have sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise. You will need to have confidence in decision making, the ability to use your initiative and think outside the box. You will have a strong passion for providing an excellent standard of service and ensure you lead your team to perform at high standards.

Qualifications
  • Food and Beverage experience
  • Sound knowledge of multi outlet operations
  • Proven experience in leading and coaching a team to achieve successful outcomes
  • Proven experience in training and upskilling team members
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures and identify improvements and gaps
  • A positive, flexible, team player attitude to build positive relationships
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and grievances in a positive, efficient and considerate manner
