The Food & Beverage Manager will manage multiple Food and Beverage outlets across the hotel and it is imperative that the successful person can utilise their management skills and knowledge of hotel operations.

You will be responsible for the planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating all Food & Beverage Service activities to achieve the profitability of the division through revenue maximisation and build a reputation of service excellence.

If you have proven experience in the following, then we want to hear from you:

  • Enthusiastically assist in implementing marketing/promotional strategies to improve guest service standards and revenue generation
  • Sound experience in all aspects of Food and Beverage Management
  • Organised and passionate about providing the highest level of service
  • Extensive knowledge in Food and Beverage Operations, with the ability to lead a team to success through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
  • Ensures all staff members are kept up to date and informed of the department's activities creating open communication
  • Audit operating standards and procedures to ensure they comply with company standards, and where necessary develop and implement new procedures to improve and or reduce potential risk to the business
  • Through hands-on management, closely supervise team members' performance of their duties and ensure this is in accordance with policies and procedures
