Responsibilities- Processing end-to-end payroll of employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensuring compliance with award and non-award conditions
- Efficiently handling the payroll processes for new hires, terminations, and adjustments
- Providing prompt and thorough support for payroll enquiries
- Assisting with payroll reporting and data analysis tasks as needed
- Experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes
- Experience with using Access MicrOPay (SAGE) (highly regarded)
- High attention to detail and ability to efficiently prioritise tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a genuine passion for working in a team environment
- Development and learning opportunities in the role
- Experience in a dynamic and reputable organisation
- On-site gym and potential for free on-site parking
