Join a Federal Government agency that supports meaningful, participant-focused outcomes. As part of the Risk and Audit team, you'll play a critical role in managing operational and strategic risks, supporting the agency's mission to deliver impactful results for Australians. This is a 6-month opportunity, starting ASAP, with full-time hours, located in Robina, paying $60.26/hour plus super.

Duties:
  1. Facilitate risk discussions and reviews, applying the Risk Management Framework to identify and address risks.
  2. Analyse trends to mitigate risks, minimise exposure, and harness opportunities, including risk treatment plans and processes.
  3. Deliver risk management training to build knowledge and tools across the organisation.
  4. Collaborate with assurance teams to manage shared risks effectively.
  5. Support the Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) and contribute to stakeholder reporting.
Key skills / experience required:
  1. Prior experience within risk management.
  2. Strong experience in facilitating risk workshops and applying Risk Management Frameworks.
  3. Previous experience in risk reporting.
  4. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  5. Experience working within the public sector or disability sector would be highly regarded.
  6. Must be an Australian citizen.
