- Embed risk-aware decision-making and governance excellence across second-line operational risk functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational risk frameworks, policies, and management strategies ensuring regulatory compliance and business continuity
- Design delivery standards, service levels, and risk reporting to enhance performance monitoring and strategic alignment
- Lead a team of trusted business risk partners working with business owners to identify, monitor, and mitigate key risks
- Own WorkCover's risk management system, ensuring it is fit for purpose and actively utilised across the organisation
- Promote a positive culture where risk information is openly shared, discussed, and addressed
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and incident reporting strategies to safeguard business continuity and reputation
- Proactively assess risks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement solutions that deliver value
