About You

You're a compliance professional with a strong background in regulatory risk, ideally gained within financial services. You bring a solid understanding of APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies, and have experience designing and implementing compliance controls that are both effective and practical. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail allow you to identify control gaps, assess compliance risks, and recommend solutions that improve business outcomes. You're confident in using compliance monitoring tools and systems, and your ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements makes you a valued advisor. You're a clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing across all levels of the organisation. Your collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement make you a trusted member of the team. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance frameworks will support your success in this role.
