The role:

As a Nine Mile Delta 1 Trader, you will be a part of our Global ETF Market Making team, based in Sydney. Responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:

• Execute and manage Delta One trading strategies across global markets
• Identify and capitalize on pricing inefficiencies between index constituents, ETFs, futures, and custom baskets
• Experience as a trader in high-to-mid-frequency Delta One execution, focused on developing trade ideas and identifying book features predictive of execution costs and short-term price movements.
• Collaboration with the broader market-making team
• Proactively engage with regulators, Issuers, Exchanges, and Brokers.

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of relevant trading experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
• Highly advanced ability in probability and statistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for financial markets
• Advanced degree with outstanding academic performance in a highly quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
