We're seeking experienced
Delta-1 Traders
to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll design and run trading strategies, manage risk in real time, and work with our quant and engineering teams to refine execution and models. This is a high-impact seat with direct P&L ownership.

We're looking for traders with:

  • Solid experience in equities/ETF/Delta-1 or related strategies
  • Strong grasp of market microstructure and execution mechanics
  • A passion for solving complex technical problems and turning ideas into P&L
  • Discipline under pressure and a collaborative mindset
