About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trader to join our Global ETF Market Making team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading, with experience in executing and managing Delta One trading strategies across global markets.

They will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on pricing inefficiencies between index constituents, ETFs, futures, and custom baskets.

The successful candidate will also have experience as a trader in high-to-mid-frequency Delta One execution, focused on developing trade ideas and identifying book features predictive of execution costs and short-term price movements.

They will collaborate with the broader market-making team to achieve business objectives.

The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, advanced analytical skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
