  • The TransPerfect Sydney team is seeking an ambitious, self-driven individual to help ANZ Retailers, Technology and Mining clients achieve global expansion goals.
Responsibilities
  • As a Junior Account Manager, you will primarily manage existing accounts in the Retail, Technology and Mining sectors and generate new sales opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Focus on selling and upselling our technology solutions, while helping companies create and streamline their localisation strategies.
  • Approach will include cold calling, networking, and representation at industry events and trade shows.
  • You will be set up for success with on-the-job and ongoing training, plus support from your local manager and global teams.

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Service-focused with a desire to exceed clients' expectations.
  • Multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Commit to always treating everyone with respect (clients, co-workers, vendors, and business partners).
  • Work well in a team with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and co-workers.
